SOYA’s highly trained faculty offer uniquely individualized, deeply transformational yoga teacher trainings, customized to fit withyour lifestyle.
SOYA's 20+ years of experience training yoga teachers ensures that students are provided with broad exposure to diverse styles, lineages, and philosophies. Ever-evolving, SOYA’s Yoga Teacher Training is designed with accessibility and inclusiveness at its heart.
SOYA has successfully trained over 400 teachers in small group settings. Our graduates are well-prepared to instruct and we offer ongoing support to our students after graduation as they advance their skills as teachers.

Daily in-class sessions include guest teachers and detailed instruction and practice in various styles of Hatha Yoga such as Ashtanga, Sivananda, Flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Pre-Natal, and Yin. The comprehensive curriculum includes philosophy, meditation, mantra, pranayama, anatomy, asana, and teaching skills. Students design a series of class lesson plans and practice teaching throughout the entire program, developing confidence, expertise, and the ability to modify postures according to varied needs.
Upon completion students receive a 200-hour certificate, a letter of recommendation, and become eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance as RYT200.
It is beneficial to register early to allow ample time for the written assignments to be completed and to ensure your place in the program.
Small groups allow in-depth study of yoga's many facets.
